Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify:

• Item must be unused.
• Item must be in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

• Used fitness equipment.
• Products damaged through misuse.
• Clearance or final sale items.
• Gift cards (if applicable).

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include photos of the product and packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by NextRepFitness.
